My husband and I went on a whim and a quick google search in the area. The therapists were inviting, rooms were clean, massage was nice, good pressure even used warm towels and hot stones. I would definitely go again!

After giving tip, the massager insisted to give her more. Didn’t leave my room until she snatched my cash for more than 30% tip. (I was still changing my clothes.) Never going there again.

Even if you don’t have a good experience to share, at the very least, you should express your bad experience so others can benefit from your feedback.

If negative ratings were possible, I would definitely give this place a negative rating.

The front-office team acted as though they didn’t speak English. At the very least, they could have used Google Translate, but they were not willing to do so. Customers should be valued in any business, but here, it felt like the focus was on finding ways to take advantage of customers.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would never recommend this place.

I would give 0 stars if Google allows. The lady who massaged me is impatient during the massage, and sneakily, gradually reduce the strength during massage. I have to remind her for more than 4 times during a 30 minute massage.

In the end, she requests tips for 20%, but refuse to provide changes because she does not have “1 dollar bill” for change. So the tips end up being 12 dollars.

This is a complete waste of money and waste of time. I hope my review can save your time and money.
